The grounds here were super tidy, and the breakfast was served nice and hot. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from where you want to be. The room was fresh and had some cool air conditioning to beat the heat. Bonus, it's around 4 km from Old Barn! 🌟

Nothing too much trouble, liked this place and recommend. Hotel’s breakfast was hot with the food which was plentiful and the coffee machine and fruit and could satisfy any taste. The location of the property was cosy, in a quiet area.

For English standards very good, simple but tasty cuisine, location a bit outside the city, it's pretty quiet but perfect for me. Breakfast was ok, of course not to be compared with a German 4 star hotel

Chose this hotel to be near to Carfest - very quiet location -15-20 mins from Laverstoke farm so suited us well. Staff very helpful - room was ready early so could drop bags off. Good breakfast.
